Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find places with great exchange rates, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for Xmas.

A few things you should know
The friendly staff made check-in smooth! but prepare for a hefty breakfast charge. Clean rooms offered comfort with two TVs, a fridge, and a microwave.
Expect some noise disturbances from hallways! Gym equipment was poorly maintained, and the elevator made unsettling noises during my stay.

A nice big room with a very comfy bed. Updated furniture gave a pleasant touch, despite some retro vibes. The on-site snack shop was handy, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, the elevators were non-functional for two days, making access difficult, and the pool was unexpectedly closed during our stay, which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the issues overshadowed some of the positives.

easy access to parks and great restaurants for city explorers
During my stay, I loved the spacious room that felt clean and fresh, and I was thrilled to find several dining options just a few steps away, making lunch and dinner a breeze after a day of exploring the area and nearby Eisenhower Park, which had beautiful spots for walking and relaxing.

The elevators need some serious work. they're slow and make weird noises, which isn't exactly reassuring. The carpeting shows signs of wear, with duct tape holding down a section near the elevator – not what I expect from a place in this price range. Additionally, a distinct odor lingered in the hallways, which can be off-putting for some travelers. Housekeeping could use a little boost. I returned to a room that hadn’t been touched after I left for the day. Also, the breakfast pricing felt steep compared to similar places, especially when you can find better options nearby. All in all, it covers the basics, but it could elevate the experience with a few tweaks.

It's just a nice choice for a city trip in Westbury with good value for money. The parking situation was a hassle, as they charged $10 a day.

My stay was fantastic with a nice big room and a super comfy bed that really helped me recharge. I loved relaxing by the heated indoor pool and enjoying some downtime in the leisure room. The only downside was that the pool closed a bit earlier than I expected, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

Convenient Stay with Friendly Staff
My recent stay here was pleasantly surprising! The staff greeted us warmly, making check-in a breeze. We enjoyed relaxing at the on-site bar where the drinks were strong and food was flavorful. Pro tip, try the Caesar salad with salmon! A comfortable place for a weekend getaway.

First off, let’s talk about the local eats! Ray's Pizza and Canzaciti Roadhouse are definitely worth checking out for an authentic slice and hearty vibe. Plus, the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made my stay super convenient. couldn’t have asked for more on that front!
Now, the flip side, the pool closes early, and I faced some real sticker shock with the $15 hotel breakfast charge. Seriously, with options like Nathan's Famous just around the corner, it felt like a missed opportunity. Also, a tad dusty in the room with dirt buildup on the lamps.
